We have a NO REFUND POLICY for all hair care products and tools.

Healthy Hair Clinic values and strives to satisfy all of our customers. when not sure what to order, we recommend ordering a sample package for hair care products, which has free shipping.

Hair Products
We have sample products if you are not sure about a product and shipping is free for samples. We do not offer any Returns or Refunds on any products, tools. All sales are final.

Hair Bundles And Wig Systems
Unfortunately, we DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR RETURNS, for any hair bundles or hair system. To ensure you will be satisfied with your item PLEASE follow the tips below.

• The texture of hair and color
• Wig size and measurements
• Our tips for closures and frontal maintenance
