In 2020 the shipping industry changed how businesses worldwide must ship; depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchange of product to reach you may vary.

To ensure that your package is delivered correctly and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please ensure your address is correct. For example, use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. In addition, your address must match your card payment. If there are issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues by text, email, or call. If you do not respond after several attempts to get you, we must cancel your order, and your money is refunded minus any bank transaction fees.

If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, and it is over the weekend, please call us first thing Monday morning or ASAP. For example, if you placed an order over the weekend. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. However, if we cannot, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Healthy Hair Clinic, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. The cost of return will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service

Just a reminder that you will receive your order within 5-7 business days from the date it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date placed, if you have chosen our standard shipping rate. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day to process your order. However, this is an estimate and does not include weekends or holidays. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that are state delivered.
