We have a NO REFUND POLICY for all hair care products and tools.
Healthy Hair Clinic values and strives to satisfy all our customers, so we recommend ordering a sample package for hair care products if you are unsure of the product.
Hair Products
We have sample products if you are unsure about a product, and shipping is free for samples. We do not offer any Refunds or Returns on any products or tools. All sales are final.
Wigs, Systems, and Hair Bundles
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR RETURNS for any hair bundles or systems. Please read the description details to ensure you will be satisfied with your item.
We understand things happen and want to help all our clients, so we offer a 5-day contact us policy for all orders, meaning you have eight days after the shipping date to get help with your order.
If we are given a refund for an item for any reason, we will notify you once we've received and inspected your request for a refund. After inspection, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your items when you receive them and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong thing so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, like custom products (special orders, wigs, or personalized items) and personal body care goods (such as lotions and body products). We also do not accept returns for clothes or nutritional products. However, don't hesitate to contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the exchange item you have, and once the exchange item is accepted, you will get an exchange code for dollars to use when making a separate purchase for the new item.
Waiving A Request For A Refunds
Due to a problem with an order that lets you be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You can contact us at jackie@healthyhairclinic.com for help, and we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. When you send items back to Healthy Hair Clinic without contacting us about the item can cause a problem, so please get in touch with us.
